How We Got Here
The dream for Georgia Rule-21 Gaming LLC began in September 2019. After renting a Mobile Gaming Theater for our son's birthday for two consecutive years and talking with the owner, which has become a true friend and gaming industry mentor, we decided that it was time to get started. My friend at A-1 Express Gaming has been really instrumental in the development and success of GR-21 Gaming. We started to put things in motion in early 2020, but of course the pandemic happened which changed our course and the world as we knew it. So fast forward to September 2020, another opportunity presented itself to fellowship with my friend/mentor. He continued to encourage me to go ahead, get started and join the gaming industry. Then, the name and business was established, the purchases began followed closely by the building process. After 8 months of blood, sweat and tears, minus 2 months of downtime battling COVID-19, we met our startup goal of September 2021. We have been gaming the Georgia Rule-21 way every since.
Our Name
What Does It Mean
Growing up I was a bit of a gamer myself. There was always a wait to play the video game because of family and friends; it was like calling next on the basketball court on a sunny day. So to limit wasteful time watching someone getting blown out in a game of TECMO Bowl, Madden or NCAA Football, we created the "Georgia Rule". It states that if at any time during the game you are losing by "21" points or more, the game was over and pass on the controller. Of course, we know that 21 point comebacks are more common in todays game. So I would say the name of "Georgia Rule-21 Gaming" was established sometime in the early-mid 90's. :)

Do you have the Playstation 5?
Yes, we have the hard to get Playstation 5 Console. If you don't have it, then that is another reason for you to book us.
Do you have the XBOX Series X/S?
Yes, we have those also. Don't pass up the opportunity to experience gaming on these.
What video games do you have?
We have a collection of video games for you to choose from. If we don't have it, request it and we will add it to the collection. Check out our gaming inventory under the Gaming Collection section.
How much is the deposit?
There is a $100 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking.
Do I have to pay out my balance before the day of service?
No, the remaining balance is due on the day of service.
Can I add additional time on the day of my event?
Yes you can, but only if the additional time is available.
Do you allow eating or drinking inside the Gaming Theater?
To prevent any damage to any of our high-tech equipment, we don't allow any food or drinks inside of the Gaming Theater.
How many gamers can you all accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 28 gamers at a time.
Do you have an age limit?
Our minimum age is 6yrs old;Â 5yrs old with adult supervision.

Need To Know
Weather
The Mobile Gaming Theater is fully enclosed with a controlled temperature environment. We have the capabilities to operate in various weather conditions. Rescheduling your event may be necessary if severe weather prevents travel or the ability to operate the gaming theater. We will need your understanding whenever obstacles with the weather occur.
Travel Surcharge
There will be a round trip travel surcharge of $1/mile whenever we travel beyond 20 miles outside of our general business service area. The total charge for the mileage will be calculated once the address of the event is provided. To get an estimate of the mileage surcharge, visit our Service Area page.
Parking
In preparation for your event, please be sure to allow ample space for maneuvering and parking. The gaming theater along with the truck used for towing is roughly 60ft long. We will need plenty of hard, level space to get in and out so we don't lose any time getting parked. Most times parking along the street side is the best option. We will make an attempt to park in your preferred location if it is possible without causing any damage to our property or yours.
Sanitizing
At GR-21 Gaming we understand that these are extremely different times that we are living in now with the recent pandemic. Therefore, the gaming theater is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with highly effective products after every event for your safety and ours.
WIFI
Our gaming theater is equipped with Mobile WIFI. It works quite well in most areas, but there are some areas where it doesn't. In the event that it doesn't work particularly well in your area, you are welcome to allow the gamers to use your home WIFI if possible. Fortnite is the main game that requires internet/WIFI and it is always in high demand.
Privacy Policy
At GR-21 Gaming, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information that is collected on our site is used strictly to make the booking process as seamless as possible and to make the need to communicate as easy as possible. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
Terms Of Use
Know Before You Book
Adult Supervision
The GR-21 Staff will monitor and supervise all gamers within the gaming theater during your event. Parents or guests are welcome, but are not required to stay inside to supervise the gamers. We do request adult supervision for any gamer under the age of 6 years old.
Checks
We don't accept any Personal Checks. However, we do accept checks from businesses, Non-Profit Organizations and schools. The full deposit of $100 is due at the time of booking.
Pictures & Videos
During your GR-21 Gaming event, one of our staff members will be taking pictures and videos of the experience to be shared on our Facebook page or on our website. If you prefer not to have pictures and videos taken and shared, please make a note of it during the booking process or let us know once we arrive for your event.
Drugs & Alcohol
We at GR-21 Gaming know that we can't dictate what you serve at your event. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or end your entertainment early in the event that alcohol is being served. No drugs of any type are allowed in or around the gaming theater at any time. At the sign of any drug activity, we will shut down the gaming theater and end the entertainment for your event. If any of the above takes place you will forfeit your payment and no refund will be issued.
Damage or Injury
GR-21 Gaming nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to any property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, we reserve the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client's guests. GR-21 Gaming nor its employees assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client's property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
Rated "M" Games
We only allow "M" rated video games upon your approval because of the nature of the content within the game. We didn't purchase any "M" rated games to begin with, but we have since added a few due to demand/requests. You are more than welcome to request specific games for your event and we will make every attempt to provide them. If for some reason we are unsuccessful in obtaining the requested game, you are welcome to use your own copy in the gaming theater.
